The Step-Over Turn is a soccer move that involves you as the player and a ball. It’s a simple turning move that allows you to turn away from pressure and/or an opponent. I find this turn can be used greatly when faking to pass or shoot. Try using both feet when mastered.
Skill Level: Beginner to intermediate.

A hard trick to master but practice will perfect it. This trick is purely a freestyling trick and shouldn’t be used in a real game. However the benefits from practicing this trick include the ability to receive the ball in the air, improving your first touch, agility and strengthening the legs. The Matthews soccer move is a quick way to beat an opponent in a 1v1 situation. By effectively tapping the ball twice (once with the inside & then with the outside) the movement from you as the player will completely catch the defender off guard.

The quicker your foot work is, the better you will be at this trick. Practice on your own first and then test yourself against other people.
